Unlocking potential with predictive maintenance
Optimum Energy developed a platform to remotely manage commercial A/C and HVAC installations, which optimizes the energy required to cool a building. For the last seven years, they have been collecting data about customer sites. However, they did not have the in-house knowledge to unlock the AI value found in this data. EXIT83 developed a proof of concept AI model that took two years' worth of telemetry data for a single customer, where the data was unlabeled and included over 300 unique variables. To understand how these variables were related to each other, we first developed a massive data correlation table to understand which unlabeled telemetry characteristics were related to each other. Finally, we trained a model utilizing these correlations to accurately predict when an installation would need servicing—ultimately preventing unnecessary downtime.

RAG fine tuning for VC's
The Venture Deal Assistant accelerates venture and private equity deal flow by ingesting the entire contents of a Data Room and making it instantly searchable through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). It aligns with your firm's investment thesis to produce tailored deal insights and recommendations. With a collaborative chat interface, partners can ask questions, uncover risks, and surface opportunities together—streamlining diligence and improving confidence in every investment decision.
CV / AI Custom Model
Using self-supervised learning (SSL) techniques (specifically the DINO method), our model ingests raw sewer camera footage and learns representations without needing massive labeled datasets. During deployment, it can detect defects — cracks, blockages, maintenance needs — even in previously unseen conditions, by flagging anomalies and structural deviations. In testing on the Sewer-ML dataset, it achieved strong performance using just 10% labeling (metrics: 50.05 / 87.45). This approach enables scalable, cost-effective monitoring of urban infrastructure with minimal human oversight.
