Cautiously optimistic….again

I think we have some good news about Emma. I’m happy but trying not to be celebratory just yet. The blood culture from Sunday morning still has not grown positive for bacteria. Holding tight

No real news on Emma so far today. She is basically the same. The last blood culture grew positive in 20 hours, which is up from 12 hours, so that is a good sign. Doesn’t really mean much, but we are taking every bit of good news that we can get.
